1. You play at your own risk. Golf Kingdom is a video game on a handheld device. Don't play while driving, cycling, crossing streets or operating machinery. Take breaks. Some people may have seizures from flashing lights or patterns — stop and see a doctor if you feel dizzy, disoriented or unwell.
2. Coins, crowns, jewels, items and passes are virtual, licensed not sold, have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change or be removed as the game evolves. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund rules; virtual items are delivered immediately and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
3. You must be 13 or older; under 18 needs a parent's permission, and the parent is responsible for purchases.
4. Your courses and names can be shown to other players. Keep it clean. Cheating, modified clients, bots or multiple accounts forfeit rewards and may close your account.
5. The game is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress or virtual items, and our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.
6. Disputes are settled by individual arbitration (AAA consumer rules) or small-claims court, not class actions. You can opt out by email within 30 days of accepting.
7. These terms are with the publisher, not Apple. Apple has no support obligation and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Events: see Official Rules — Apple is not a sponsor.
8. We may update these terms; the game will ask you to accept material changes. Questions: support@golf-kingdom.com

Privacy Policy (last updated September 2026)
• You play anonymously. We create a random player id on your device. If you link an email to save your kingdom, we store that email only to sign you back in.
• What we store: your kingdom save, published courses, scores, ratings, your creator name, and crash reports (the error text and app build — nothing personal).
• No ads, no ad tracking, no selling of data, no third-party analytics SDKs. Data lives with our hosting provider (Supabase) in the United States.
• Your published course and creator name are public by design. Everything else is private to you.
• Delete everything any time: ⚙️ Settings → Reset save data removes your cloud rows too. Or email support@golf-kingdom.com.
• Children: the game is for players 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Official Rules — Events (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Major, Design Challenge)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
• Eligibility: players 18 or older in places where such contests are lawful. Void where prohibited.
• How to enter: play the event round in the app during the event period. One ranked attempt per player per event.
• Winners: determined by lowest score (ties share prizes as shown in the event) among verified, unmodified rounds. Rounds may be re-checked before prizes are paid.
• Prizes: virtual currency (jewels, crowns, coins) and virtual items only, credited in-app. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, automation, or tampering disqualify all related entries.
• Sponsor: the publisher of Golf Kingdom. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, these events in any way.
